Grilled Fish Recipes

The health advantages of a diet, rich in fish, have been well documented. Grilled fish recipes are popular and healthy choices.

Grilling today's catch is quick, easy, and cleanup is a snap. Why fry those fillets, and negate some of the health benefits of eating fish, while making your home smell like fried fish at the same time?

Don't get me wrong, I love fried foods as much as the next guy, but I'm not gettin any younger.

The older I get, the more I think about eating right. I guess I want to be around long enough to go on a heck of a lot more fishing trips.



I will try to document the various ways I prepare fish, and post those recipes. Then as readers share their favorite fish recipes, I'll place them in the appropriate places.

So, without further adieu, here's my very first attempt at writing a recipe...
